Rebellion Motorhome – AWD or RWD
Built Around You
One Rebellion.
Two Ways to Travel.
The Rebellion is designed as a versatile touring platform, available in all-wheel drive (AWD) or rear-wheel drive (RWD) to suit how you travel.
Whether your adventures take you off-grid and beyond the beaten track, or across long-distance touring routes and premium sites, Rebellion is designed as a flexible platform — allowing you to tailor drivetrain, vehicle configuration, and habitation specification around your personal priorities, without compromising on quality, comfort, or engineering.
The Foundation of Every Rebellion
Every Rebellion begins with the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — chosen not simply as a base vehicle, but as the benchmark for refinement, reliability, and long-term ownership.
Whether specified in AWD or RWD form, the Sprinter platform defines the driving experience, safety systems, and overall quality you can expect from a Rebellion. Its combination of engineering integrity, comfort, and advanced technology provides a solid foundation on which RP builds each vehicle to suit individual priorities.
From here, customers can tailor drivetrain, vehicle configuration, and habitation specification using our online configurator — confident that every choice is built upon a proven, premium platform.
Designed Around How You Live
While drivetrain and vehicle specification set the foundation, it’s the habitation that defines how a Rebellion feels day to day. This is where time is spent, journeys slow down, and individual priorities matter most.
Every Rebellion is configured around how you want to live on the road — from layout and seating to power capability, storage, and daily usability. Whether your focus is extended off-grid independence, long-distance touring comfort, or flexible spaces that adapt as plans change, the habitation design brings those priorities together into a cohesive living environment.
Rather than a fixed specification, Rebellion offers a considered range of habitation choices that allow each vehicle to reflect its owner — supporting both adventure-led travel and refined, site-focused touring with equal confidence.
The sections below explore the layouts, systems, and features that shape everyday life inside the Rebellion.
Habitation Highlights
The Rebellion habitation is designed around real-world use — balancing comfort, flexibility, and long-term durability. Every element is considered as part of a complete living environment, rather than a collection of individual features.
From the flow between seating, kitchen, and sleeping areas to the way power, storage, and lighting support everyday life, the habitation is where personal priorities take shape. Whether settling in for extended off-grid stays or enjoying relaxed touring between destinations, the interior adapts naturally to how you travel.
This standard layout is shown here to give an immediate sense of space and flow.
Further layout examples and configuration options are explored later on the page.
As standard, the Rebellion is configured as a two-berth model with all-electric cooking, RP’s signature elevated rear lounge, and a multi-directional front lounge. This creates a versatile, well-appointed starting point that is immediately usable and ideally suited to touring and overnight stops at fully serviced sites.
From there, the Rebellion can be tailored to suit individual priorities. Options are available to support gas cooking, extended off-grid capability, increased refrigeration, air-conditioning, enhanced connectivity, and RP’s latest Smart Assist system — allowing each build to reflect how its owner intends to travel.

Cooking & Chilling Options
The Rebellion galley is designed to adapt to different styles of travel — from simple site-based touring to extended off-grid use — with flexible cooking and refrigeration options that can be tailored to your priorities.
Electric Cooking Options
As standard, the Rebellion is configured with an all-electric galley, ideal for touring and stays on fully serviced sites.
Dual induction hob with three full-height storage drawers as standard
Air fryer cupboard option, while retaining one storage drawer
Microwave option, replacing one drawer and retaining drawers above and below
Convection oven option, fitted in place of the air fryer cupboard for a fully integrated solution and retaining a single storage drawer
This all-electric approach removes the need for onboard gas, offering a lighter, efficient, and straightforward cooking solution that integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s electrical systems.
Gas Cooking Option
For those who prefer traditional gas cooking, the Rebellion can be specified with a full gas system.
Dual induction / gas hob
Duplex gas oven and grill
Fully integrated gas tanks and control systems
This option provides familiar cooking flexibility while maintaining the same galley layout and usability.
Refrigeration & Chilled Storage
The standard galley includes an 85-litre compressor fridge, well suited to touring and shorter stays.
For those requiring increased chilled and frozen storage — such as longer trips, travelling with more people, or extended off-grid use — an optional 150-litre twin-drawer compressor fridge is available.
Two independent drawers
Each drawer can be set to a different temperature
Ideal for separating chilled and frozen storage
This configuration significantly expands food storage capacity while maintaining easy access and efficient use of space.
How to Choose the Right Setup
Cooking and refrigeration options can be combined to suit how you travel — whether prioritising simplicity, extended independence, or increased capacity for longer journeys.
You can explore these options in more detail and see how they integrate within the galley layout using the RP configurator.
Front Lounge & Sleeping Options
The Rebellion front lounge can be configured to suit different travel styles — whether prioritising flexible living space or accommodating additional passengers and sleeping capacity.
Multi-Directional Front Lounge
Standard - 2 Berth
The standard front lounge is designed to maximise living space and flexibility. It can be configured in two distinct ways depending on how you wish to use the area.
In its extended form, the seat creates a side-facing lounge, ideal for relaxing, socialising, or stretching out at the end of the day, with clear views and direct access through the side opening door.
In its more compact configuration, the seating forms a structured dinette opposite the driver’s seat — well suited to dining, working, or everyday use.
Both configurations retain a calm, open feel in the front of the vehicle and can be specified with an optional Avtex AV195TS 18.5” HD Smart TV recessed into the side of the wardrobe.
Best suited to:
Couples prioritising spacious living, flexibility, and an open lounge environment.
+2 Belted Front Lounge
Optional - 4 Berth
For those who require additional travel seats or sleeping capacity, the Rebellion can be specified with a forward-facing, belted front lounge, increasing capacity to a four-berth configuration.
These seats provide additional belted travel positions and can be reconfigured to create extra sleeping accommodation when required. Additional sleeping for one or two occupants can be achieved using a cab bunk that spans the cab area.
This option is particularly well suited to occasional guests or children, offering increased versatility while retaining the overall layout and storage benefits of the standard Rebellion.
Best suited to:
Owners travelling with children, grandchildren, or occasional additional passengers who need belted seating and extra sleeping flexibility.
Choosing the Right Configuration
Front lounge configuration is one of the most important decisions in shaping how the Rebellion feels day to day. Both options are designed to integrate seamlessly with the rest of the habitation and can be explored in more detail using the RP configurator.
RP Smart Assist
Always on. Calmly monitoring. Showing you only what matters.
RP Smart Assist brings all the key information and controls within the Rebellion together in one clear, intuitive interface. Designed by motorhome users, for motorhome users, it presents what’s important — without overwhelming you with unnecessary detail.
For those who prefer simplicity, RP Smart Assist provides reassurance at a glance. Battery levels, water status, temperatures, and alerts are always visible, helping you stay informed without needing to understand the underlying systems.
For those who enjoy connected technology, RP Smart Assist offers deeper control and automation. Heating, lighting, hot water, electrics, and optional systems can be managed from a central touchscreen, your mobile device, or by voice — whether you’re inside the vehicle or away from it.
Welcome lighting, night-time heating modes, and system alerts for low battery, frost protection, or water levels can all be set once and then quietly handled in the background.
At its core, RP Smart Assist reflects RP’s design ethos: clarity over complexity, and technology that supports the experience rather than dominating it. It’s a system designed to grow with you — as your confidence, travel style, or expectations evolve.
The Home Screen
Everything you need to know at a glance — power, water, temperatures, and alerts — with clear visual feedback if attention is required. Optional generator integration allows high-demand systems to run efficiently when off-grid, reducing reliance on battery power.
Heating and Hot Water
Full control of heating and hot water from a single interface, with current and target temperatures shown together. Time-to-hot-water indicators remove guesswork, while frost protection and trace heating help safeguard systems in colder conditions.
Electrical Upgrades for Off-Grid Living
True off-grid capability is about more than battery size — it’s about how confidently you can live day to day without thinking about power. From charging devices and running kitchen appliances to heating, hot water, and lighting, the right electrical system allows the Rebellion to operate as comfortably off-grid as it does on a campsite.
To support different styles of travel, Rebellion offers two distinct electrical upgrade paths. Each is designed to deliver reliable, usable power — the right choice depends on how long you plan to stay off-grid and how intensively you use electrical appliances.
12V Off-Grid System
Ideal for touring with regular stops and shorter off-grid stays
The 12V Off-Grid system provides a capable and efficient power upgrade for owners who want the freedom to camp away from services while maintaining a simple, lightweight electrical setup.
This system allows everyday 240V appliances to be powered via an inverter and supports overnight or short multi-day off-grid use. Battery charging is handled automatically while driving, with the option to extend time off-grid using solar input.

Choosing the Right Power System
Both systems are fully integrated into the Rebellion’s electrical architecture and managed through RP Smart Assist, ensuring clear visibility and simple control regardless of configuration.
The right choice depends on how you travel:
Short off-grid stops and touring → 12V Off-Grid System
Extended off-grid living and high electrical demand → 24V Advanced Power Management
You can explore both systems in more detail and see how they integrate with your chosen habitation layout using the RP configurator.
Explore Habitation Layouts
Rebellion’s habitation layouts are designed to adapt throughout the day — from travelling and relaxing, to dining, working, and sleeping. The layouts below illustrate how different configuration choices influence how the space is used, rather than defining a single fixed arrangement.
Each example highlights how key options — such as cooking preferences, lounge configuration, and sleeping capacity — integrate within the same core habitation design. This allows you to visualise how the Rebellion can evolve to suit your daily routine, travel style, and priorities.
These layouts are representative examples rather than a fixed set, and are best used as a guide to understanding how the space flows and adapts across different scenarios.
